Premiere Pro on Windows · free while it's in testing
What it does
The big ones.
Automatic b-roll
Matching footage over your cuts, on its own track. Swap any shot you don’t like.
Subtitles
Your words on the picture, lit one at a time, in a look you pick from a hundred.
Music that ducks itself
Free libraries, searched from Premiere. The bed drops under your voice on its own.
Remove silences
It listens for words rather than volume, and shows you every cut before making it.
Graph editor
Ease, spring or bounce between two keyframes, and save the curves you use.

It’s a beta, and I’m one person.
Things will break. When they do, tell me. There’s a Feedback tab in the panel and a page here. I read every one and write back.

Questions.
Can I use these clips in a monetised video?
It depends on the clip. Every clip shows its licence, and the ones that need credit go into a list you paste into your description. A few Creative Commons licences forbid commercial use, so check before you publish.
Does my audio leave my computer?
No. Transcription runs on your machine. Only the b-roll features that use your own AI key send text anywhere, and they say so first.
Where does the music come from?
Free libraries the panel searches for you: Incompetech, ccMixter, the Internet Archive, Openverse and Jamendo. Every track says whether it needs a credit, and the ones that do get written into a list you can paste into your description.
Do the subtitles come out as text I can edit?
The look is drawn, so a word-by-word highlight really is what lands on your timeline. Premiere's own caption track is there too when you want plain editable text instead, without the styling.
Do I need an API key?
Not for images or sound. For cut-outs and more video you add a free Pixabay or Pexels key, once.
Is this a subscription?
No. Free now, one-off price later.
What do I need?
Windows and Premiere Pro. Everything else installs itself into its own folder.
